Custom Medieval Knight Shields

When ordering please send us information about your existing family crest
any special request and choice of background, style etc.
Please use doc. / jpg or png to send us your pictures etc. -use larger files,
approx. 1200 x 1600
this will help us to see all necessary details for the painting.
If we need to design or search for your coat of arms, please send
sure name and country of origin to our address provided below!
We take commissions on a first-come, first-served basis
Completion time between 2-4 weeks

HOW TO ORDER YOUR FAMILY TREE - FAMILY CREST PAINTING
Step 1. Send us your request, info, size, style, background etc.
Step 2. We will confirm your order and answer any open questions
Step 3. When you order your custom painting, we require a 50 %
down payment for artwork / design etc.
Balance will be due when painting is ready to be shipped.
Step 4. As soon as we received all your detailed information we will provide
you with 1-2 sketches, after your approval it will be ready
for the painting.
The design work includes up to 2 free revisions - for any additional
design adjustments there is a hourly charge of 40.00 USD
Step 5. When the art work is finished we will send you a digital picture
(if needed) via e-mail or mail.
Step 6. After receiving your final payment, the original artwork is
usually send out within 2-3 business days.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
All custom order sales are final
No exchanges or returns on custom orders, every painting is custom designed and created
just for you - we will not be able to resell your personalized painting.
We put many hours into creating these unique individual custom works of art -
therefore the time we commit to each project can not be recompensed.
Refunds are acceptable for deposit payments where no work was done on sketches,
drafts etc. - if we have started already on your project deposits or
partial payments are non- refundable,

We recommend to ask for a signature on all of your packages shipped by
UPS or USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you do not
ask for a signature, you are releasing us automatically from any liability.

Family Crest Design Work

By redesigning or creating a new CoA or by family crest paintings with elaborate details like,..
a number of helmets, supporters (figures or animals)
double crest, royal mantle, shield with elaborated details etc. –
depending on size and details there will be a small additional design fee.

Please contact the artist about special orders. All prices listed are U.S. currency,
subject to change without notice and do not include shipping fee.
NOTE: All shipping costs are determined by size, weight and destination
of the product ordered and the customer's
shipping preference and will be added to the final bill -
most orders will be automatically shipped within the USA with USPS
priority days (2-4 business days) or UPS
